PLEASE HELP!! OH MY, I'M

officially a mother of a teenage boy. I know my life is getting ready to be interesting. I already get the "You just don't love me" and "I need this". I tell you what I am sad on one hand and glad I just have 5, maybe 6 more years until he goes to college. He does have a goal to do that. He is starting to be interested in the opposite sex.(OH MY). He is always participating in the school activities. He is a go to guy when there is something to do. (Really he is only if he wants to do it). I have some photos of him in the slide above. We took him to Benihana's for his birthday. The two younger boys have never been and thought that was neat. He is doing good in school. He made straight A's on his report card. YEA! He got off to a rough start in World History, but got it together.
David- I love you and I hope you do what you set out to do in this world. I think if you continue to strive you will go far.

My Middle Child (Hooray)

Where to begin..... I am so proud of Peyton you cannot image. Let me start from the beginning. HE SCORED HIS FIRST TOUCHDOWN! His father and I are so proud. You could here us cheering from a good distance. The funny thing is, we were eating lunch and Peyton said "Dad, I wanted you to yell That's my boy." We just busted out laughing. So next time Peyton I will make sure your Dad does that for you. He did get the wind knocked out of him, but he didn't care he scored. HOORAY!

For all of you that know Peyton, you know he is an aggressive little thing with the sports. He gives it a 110% all the time, but for everything thing else he is a timid little thing. In Pre-K he started he speech and OT therapy. Now in 2nd grade is done with everything, but he is still working on quiting sucking his thumb and trying to give up his blankey. Which he is no where close to doing. I think maybe 7th grade he will give those up. He is still shy to go sleep over at friends house due to he doesn't want them to know he has a blankey and sucks his thumb. He only has 2 friends that he goes to for now.

But we all know that when we were young we had our quirks, but now as an adult you can not even notice any, we all grow up. I just know that kids are harsh with words, maybe even worse now than we were young. I just wish everyone can look to the future and see what harm those words do to us. If you are strong you live through it and see the good in everyone. Forgiving is everything.
